Un saluto ai lettori e un benvenuto a questo autunno che ahimé comincia a farsi sentire...
Siccome manca meno di un mese alla data in cui zombie, fantasmi e streghette popoleranno la notte più spaventosa dell'anno, ho deciso di pubblicare già da oggi le prime creazioni in tema Halloween.
Sono due collane, un gatto nero e una zucca. Entrambi i ciondoli sono modellati con pasta sintetica e dipinti a mano da me. Se vi piacciono, sono in vendita su Etsy!

Questo è un paio di romantici orecchini che ho fatto oggi...
Sono molto semplici ma è per questo che mi piacciono! Presto posterò anche la versione con perla azzurra!

GHIACCIOLI FATTI IN CASA:
Portate ad ebollizione 450 cc d'acqua insieme a 100 grammi di zucchero e lasciate sul fuoco per 3 minuti; dopo aver spremuto un limone, aggiungete il succo filtrato con un colino allo sciroppo che si sarà raffreddato un po'. Versate tutto negli stampini e lasciare in freezer per almeno 3 ore.

HOME MADE POPSICLE:
bring to a boil 450 cc of water with 100 gr of sugar and let it cook on the heat for 3 minutes; sqeeze a lemon, filter the juice and add it.
put al in the popsicle moulds and let it dry in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

These are cake charms. they can be put on bracelets, neckalces, earrings, keyrings or what ever you like :)
they are about 1,5 cm long and 1,5 cm large.. some less some more.
it is my very first attempt of making cakes in polimer clay.... hope you'll like them!

Hello from Italy!
this is my first attempt of making Pizza Charms and I didn't expect this result at all. Hope you'll be hungry when you see them...eheh!

the slices are abt 1 cm large (one is 1,5) and 1,5 long.

*PiZZA ReCiPe*
(THE real Italian one, my Napolitan aunt's one!!)
INGREDIENTS
1 kilo of white 00 flour 100 gr extra virgin olive oil15 gr of salt25 gr of baking yeast (only one half if the weather's hot)a cup of water
melt the backing yeast in a small cup with a little warm(but NOT hot)water.then mix it with all the ingredients adding water slowly while kneading and stop when the dough is compact but soft and elastic.go on kneading, then make a ball and bump it on the table 6-7 times. (this is the funniest!:) )now put the ball in a bowl covered with a wet cloth and let it rise for an hour in a warm place.afterwards, divide te dough in smallest parts and roll them out on pieces of baking paper with a thikness of 5 mm.put on some tomato sauce, cheese and the igredients you like,then cook in the oven at 250 degrees (or the highest temperature of your oven for 15-20 minutes. TIP: the mozzarella cheese must be added five minute before the pizza is ready, in order not to burn it!finally: EAT IT!!!
