Hello from Italy!
this is my first attempt of making Pizza Charms and I didn't expect this result at all. Hope you'll be hungry when you see them...eheh!

the slices are abt 1 cm large (one is 1,5) and 1,5 long.

*PiZZA ReCiPe*
(THE real Italian one, my Napolitan aunt's one!!)
1 kilo of white 00 flour 100 gr extra virgin olive oil15 gr of salt25 gr of baking yeast (only one half if the weather's hot)a cup of water

melt the backing yeast in a small cup with a little warm(but NOT hot)water.then mix it with all the ingredients adding water slowly while kneading and stop when the dough is compact but soft and elastic.go on kneading, then make a ball and bump it on the table 6-7 times. (this is the funniest!:) )now put the ball in a bowl covered with a wet cloth and let it rise for an hour in a warm place.afterwards, divide te dough in smallest parts and roll them out on pieces of baking paper with a thikness of 5 mm.put on some tomato sauce, cheese and the igredients you like,then cook in the oven at 250 degrees (or the highest temperature of your oven for 15-20 minutes. TIP: the mozzarella cheese must be added five minute before the pizza is ready, in order not to burn it!finally: EAT IT!!!
